Amy came to massage therapy after thirteen years managing fast food restaurants in western New York. Craving a change and a shift into a career which fulfilled her desire to have a meaningful and positive impact on others, she enrolled in and graduated from New York Institute of Massage in Williamsville. 

Licensed in 2019, Amy started her massage career at Zensations Therapeutic Massage in Rome, where she continued to hone her craft and serve a variety of clients seeking relaxation or pain relief. While at Zensations, Amy welcomed twins in 2020 and a third child in 2022.

In 2023, Amy was given an opportunity to provide massage out of her sister's acupuncture practice in the Hudson Valley and began working at a high end resort spa, which gave her invaluable experience fusing both relaxation and detailed work. When she found her current space in Clinton, she knew she had to take all the lessons she has learned and put them to use to give her clients the best care AND provide the best work-life balance she can for herself.

She believes in the soothing power of being permitted to simply be, and loves creating a space where her clients can breathe.
